Return Policy

We want to keep things simple for you. If you would like to return items you have 30 days to do so, we even cover the costs so you do not have to*.  

All items must be returned in new condition with all packaging materials included.  

Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed.   

We ship fast! If you need to make modifications or changes to an order that has not been shipped yet please contact ASAP so the matter can be handled.   

We are not liable for damages or loss due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout so please be sure to review all information properly before checking out.

 * free prepaid return labels will be provided for full priced purchases, discounts above 10% off do not qualify for FREE returns, however, we will still accept returns under 30 days.


1-Year Limited Warranty Policy 

All warranties have to be registered within 30 days of purchase. Items not registered will not be eligible for our 1-year limited warranty.  

We reserve the right to decline your warranty exchange request if items have been returned with damages not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.  

Warranties are not subject to refunds, we offer merchandise exchanges only.  

Return Conditions 

Returned items must be in new condition with original packaging.  

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of the ship date. 

If your package arrived damaged due to negligence of the shipping carrier, we feel for you, however, we ask that you contact the shipping carrier for further assistance. Please refer to your tracking number provided to you at the time of purchase to get the status and time of your delivery.  

Don Rebel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully meet our Return Policy Conditions. All nonconforming returns will be returned to sender at a charge to sender of $25 per shipment. 

We try to be as accommodating as possible. If you have any special circumstances you would like to inform us of, we cannot guarantee to make an exception. However, feel free to email us at to have the case reviewed by our staff. 

International Returns: 

We keep our prices low so our all of our customers can have the best quality products, and high-end service without high markups. For this reason, international orders customers would be responsible for covering the cost of shipping a return back to us. We ask that returns are made within 30 days of the shipping date. We are unable to refund your shipping costs. We thank you for your understanding.  



Will I get a refund if I return an item purchased as part of a BOGO promotion?

When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item, then applied to each item proportionately. If you choose to return any of the items, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.

Here are some examples:
  • Buy One, Get One Free: If you purchased a pair at full price and received an additional pair free, when you decide to return one of them your refund will be half price of the pair value.
  • Buy One, Get One 50% Off: If you purchased a pair at full price and received an additional pair at 50% off, when you decide to return one of them your refund will be half price of the total purchase value.
